When will I receive my order?
Poufs, cushions and home goods are prepared within 3 to 7 business days, then delivered in about 2 to 5 business days. Rugs are woven to order and arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. We ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL or Aramex and send you a tracking number by email. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I stuff my Moroccan pouf?
Polyether foam flakes. This is what we use in our filled poufs (about 250 L). Light, resilient and breathable, and it gives the pouf an even, round shape.
Old textiles. Many Moroccans fill their poufs with clean clothes, sheets and towels they no longer use. Heavy and firm. Fill evenly, paying attention to the sides, for a round shape.
Pillows or duvets. Medium weight and fairly soft, with a less even fill.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of placing it. After that your order is being prepared and our Return Policy applies.
Are there taxes or hidden fees?
No hidden fees and no import taxes for US residents. Customs duties may apply for orders shipped outside the US.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Google Pay. All payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I order a rug in a custom size?
Yes, at no extra cost. Send us your measurements and colors and we'll come back to you.
