Shipping policy

Shipping costs in the US

Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more.

Standard shipping: $9.90 on orders under $200.

Priority shipping: $14.90, processed first and insured.

Delivery times

Rugs are woven to order and arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Poufs, cushions and home goods are prepared within 3 to 7 business days, then delivered in about 2 to 5 business days.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, with FedEx, UPS, DHL or Aramex. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders

We also ship to Canada, Europe and other countries. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards. Trade orders can also be paid by bank transfer.

Every rug and pouf is made by artisans in Morocco using methods passed down through generations. No two pieces are identical.

Direct from the workshop

We work directly with Moroccan weavers and leather workers and pay them before their work ships.
