Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return an item

Email us at contact@roccan.us before sending anything. We will send you the return address and instructions. We cannot accept returns sent without contacting us first. Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Send us the tracking number of your return. Once the package is in transit, we process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 banking days. Exchanges take 3 processing days.

Exceptions

Items that show signs of use cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Some products are subject to a restocking fee for returns or exchanges. Contact us for details before returning.
  • Because our products are handmade, design, size and color can vary slightly from the photos.

Direct from the workshop

We work directly with Moroccan weavers and leather workers and pay them before their work ships.

Delivered to your door

Free US shipping on orders over $200. Rugs are woven to order and arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.
