Handmade candlestick holders from Tamegroute in southern Morocco, in a glaze that shifts between earthy green and smoky black with every firing. No molds are used, so each one has its own shape and finish.
Put them on a dining table, mantel or shelf for a warm, handmade touch.
Sizes: Small, about 6.7 x 3.1 inches (17 x 8 cm). Medium, about 7.5 x 3.9 inches (19 x 10 cm).
Shipping and delivery
Poufs, cushions and home goods are prepared within 3 to 7 business days, then delivered in about 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is free in the US on orders of $200 or more, and $9.90 below that.
Rugs are woven to order and arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
How to return an item
Email us at contact@roccan.us before sending anything. We will send you the return address and instructions. We cannot accept returns sent without contacting us first. Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Send us the tracking number of your return. Once the package is in transit, we process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 banking days. Exchanges take 3 processing days.
Exceptions
Items that show signs of use cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
