A square Moroccan pouf, handmade from soft genuine leather. It works as a footstool, a low seat next to the coffee table or a side table, and the larger sizes make a striking leather ottoman.
It comes pre-stuffed with cotton batting, so it is ready to use. A zipper underneath lets you add more filling if you want it firmer.

How it is made
1. Tanning
Our poufs start as hides that are cleaned, softened and tanned by hand in traditional Moroccan tanneries.
2. Dyeing
Artisans dye the leather, then stretch it on wooden frames to dry in the sun. This takes about three weeks.
3. Cutting and stitching
The dried leather is cut into panels and sewn together by hand. The patterns on top are embroidered by hand as well.
4. Finishing
Each finished pouf is cleaned and treated one by one to soften the natural smell of the leather and protect its color.
Shipping and delivery
Poufs, cushions and home goods are prepared within 3 to 7 business days, then delivered in about 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is free in the US on orders of $200 or more, and $9.90 below that.
Rugs are woven to order and arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
How to return an item
Email us at contact@roccan.us before sending anything. We will send you the return address and instructions. We cannot accept returns sent without contacting us first. Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Send us the tracking number of your return. Once the package is in transit, we process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 banking days. Exchanges take 3 processing days.
Exceptions
Items that show signs of use cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Does the leather smell?
Real leather has a natural scent at first. We treat every leather pouf to reduce it, and it fades further once the pouf is aired out.
How do I clean it?
Wipe leather with a soft, dry cloth. For wool cushions, vacuum gently and spot clean with cold water.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item. Email us first and we will guide you through it.
